How I look at an idea

Three questions. Every time.

Possibility expands the imagination. Reason keeps the work connected to the world. Meaning helps choose.

The point is not to turn every idea into a product. It is to find the useful version worth carrying forward.

Possible?

I expand the field. What does the new capacity actually allow? Most people narrow too early, then call it realism.

Reasonable?

I test the idea against the real world. Consider the information, investment, effort, risk and change it actually takes.

Meaningful?

Does it improve the work, create real value or move you toward something you actually want?
