Privacy, terms and accessibility
Clear information. No surprises.
How this site handles contact, the Key AI First Look diagnostic and the information visitors choose to share.

Privacy & data
Only the information you choose to share.
When you use the contact form, it opens your own email client. The information received is the information you decide to send, and it is used to respond to your enquiry.
This personal site does not sell contact information. If you follow a link to another website, its own privacy notice and terms apply.
Key AI First Look
A separate diagnostic, with a specific purpose.
Your answers are used to create your Key AI First Look Report and are not stored, unless you set up a team or choose to share. When a team is set up or a visitor chooses to share, the service stores organisation setup details, including selected system categories, optional organisation-level system names, an optional group-in-scope and desired outcome, a contact email and de-identified diagnostic answers for that team’s private leadership report. It does not ask staff for names or email addresses. A leadership report link can access combined de-identified results, so it must be shared only with the intended leadership team. Optional free-text responses are not stored in the team view. A small group may still make a response recognisable. Please do not enter names or other identifying details.
Optional future-contact consent is recorded separately. It is not a condition of completing the diagnostic. Diagnostic information is kept while Key AI First Look is active and may be removed by emailing stacey@keycollaborations.com.au with the organisation name. Do not enter confidential client materials, passwords or sensitive health information into the diagnostic.
To understand which outreach is bringing people to Key AI First Look, the service records an anonymous entry count: a broad link label such as LinkedIn or email, the entry page and the time. It does not store IP addresses, referrers, cookies, device IDs or individual diagnostic answers for this measurement.
Terms of use
Useful information, not individual advice.
The site, its talks, editorial links and diagnostics provide general information. They are not medical, clinical, legal, financial or professional advice for a particular person or organisation. Decisions made from the information remain your responsibility.
Content may change as the work, evidence and ventures develop. Please ask before reusing the site’s written material, images or diagnostic content outside normal linking and sharing.
External destinations
Editorial work lives across the ventures.
meforme™ News and COREMEN™ CoreIntel are separate editorial destinations. Their content, products, privacy notices and terms are managed by the relevant venture. Links from this site are provided to make the writing easier to find, not to transfer your information.
Accessibility
Designed to be usable, and open to feedback.
This site includes a skip link, keyboard-visible focus states, readable semantic structure, motion reduction when a device requests it and captions where a supplied founder video is published. If something is hard to use, email stacey@keycollaborations.com.au with the page and issue so it can be improved.
